Description du film :
Hubert of Liege (655–727), eldest son of Bertrand, Duke of Aquitaine, was worldly, dissolute and passionately devoted to hunting. While hunting a white stag on a Good Friday morning, he received a vision of a crucifix between its antlers, and a voice told him to lead a holy life. In the romantic melodrama ëHubertusjagd«, a similar conversion experience befalls a young playboy who takes part in the traditional St. Hubert’s hunt on November 3, but it takes a little boy being trampled and seriously injured by the young man’s horse to show him the error of his ways.
